Terms of Service

Last updated October 30, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and BallparkOS (“BallparkOS,” “we,” “us”) about using the BallparkOS website and apps (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them.

Who uses BallparkOS

BallparkOS is software for youth sports clubs (“Clubs”). A Club’s owner sets up the Club and invites its staff, coaches and board; parents and guardians get access to their own family’s information. Accounts are for adults 18 and older. Players do not have accounts.

Your account

Keep your password private and your information accurate. You’re responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us right away at theballparkos@gmail.com if you think someone else has used it.

Clubs and their information

Each Club controls the information it and its families put into BallparkOS (rosters, contact details, documents, payments records, messages and so on) and decides who in the Club can see it. We store and process that information to run the Service for the Club, as described in our Privacy Policy. A Club is responsible for having the right to collect and share the information it adds, including permission from parents or guardians for information about their children.

Plans, trials and billing

New Clubs get a free trial. After the trial, a Club pays the plan price shown on its Plan & billing page, monthly or yearly, based on how many teams it has. Plans renew automatically until canceled. When a Club adds or removes teams, its plan size changes and the difference is prorated. A Club can cancel any time; the plan stays active until the end of the period already paid, and payments already made aren’t refunded except where the law requires. Prices may change with at least 30 days’ notice. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Payments to Clubs

When families pay dues or sponsors pay a Club online, the money goes to the Club’s own Stripe account under Stripe’s terms. BallparkOS doesn’t hold those funds and isn’t a party to the arrangement between a Club and its families. Refunds, payment plans and disputes over dues are between the Club and the family.

Contracts, waivers and AI

BallparkOS helps Clubs collect signatures on their own agreements and waivers and can draft documents, minutes and messages with AI. BallparkOS does not give legal, tax, financial or medical advice. Clubs are responsible for the content of their documents and for reviewing anything AI drafts before using it.

Text messages and alerts

People who choose to get text messages can reply STOP to stop and HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Phone notifications can be turned off in BallparkOS or on the device.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the Service to break the law, harass anyone, send spam, upload harmful code, try to get into accounts or information you aren’t allowed to see, or copy or resell the Service.

Ending service

You can stop using BallparkOS at any time. We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms. A Club can ask us to export or delete its information.

Disclaimers and limits

The Service is provided “as is.” We work hard to keep it running and accurate, but we don’t promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and Clubs should check eligibility, schedules and financial records that matter to them. To the extent the law allows, BallparkOS isn’t liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what the Club paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will post the new date above; important changes will be announced in the Service. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi.
