Privacy Policy

Last updated October 30, 2026

This policy explains what information BallparkOS collects, how it’s used and protected, and the choices you have. BallparkOS runs the Service for youth sports clubs (“Clubs”); much of the information in it is entered by Clubs and their families and belongs to them.

What we collect

Children’s information

Children don’t have BallparkOS accounts. Information about players is entered by their Club or by their parents or guardians, and is used only to run the Club’s activities. Kid-facing screens show first names and jersey numbers only. We never sell children’s information or use it for advertising. A parent or guardian can ask their Club, or us, to see, correct or delete their child’s information.

How we use information

To run the Service for Clubs and families: registration, rosters, eligibility checks, documents, payments, schedules, chat, alerts and board records; to provide support; to keep the Service secure; and to bill Clubs for their plan. We don’t sell personal information and we don’t show ads.

Who can see it

Within a Club, each person sees only what their role allows (for example, coaches don’t see parents’ contact details or payment records, and parents see only their own family). We share information with service providers that help run BallparkOS, only as needed: hosting and database (Vercel, Supabase), payments (Stripe), email (Google), text messages (Twilio, only for people who opt in) and AI features (Anthropic, only when a Club uses AI, and not used to train AI models). We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Text messages

If you opt in to text alerts, we use your number only to send BallparkOS alerts. We don’t share it for marketing. Reply STOP to stop at any time.

Security

Access is checked for every request at the database level. Sensitive documents are encrypted. Connections are encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password and tell us about anything suspicious.

Keeping and deleting information

We keep information while a Club uses BallparkOS. Alerts are deleted after 90 days. A Club can ask us to export or delete its information; when a Club leaves, we delete its information within a reasonable time unless the law requires us to keep it. You can update your own name, phone and picture on your My account page.

Changes

We’ll post updates here with a new date, and announce important changes in the Service.
